The bunches are selected prior to crushing and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 26 to 28\u00baC, with a total steeping period of 15 days in order to extract the aromas and give this Barbera more body. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alcohol Content: <\/strong>\u00a014%<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taste Profile: <\/strong>The wine shows an intense ruby colour with aromas of red fruits, like cherries and strawberries.
